Gochujang Butter Pasta


Ingredients


  • 2 tbsp Ofood Gochujang
  • 7 oz bucatini (or any long pasta)
  • 
4 tbsp butter
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • Minced
1/4 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup pasta water

Direction


  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. save at least 1/4 cup of the pasta water.
  2. In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and salt, then sauté until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the gochujang, honey, and rice vinegar. cook for 3-4 minutes until the sauce is smooth and slightly thickened.
  5. Add the cooked pasta and toss until fully coated.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
