Gochujang Butter Pasta
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Ofood Gochujang
- 7 oz bucatini (or any long pasta)
- 4 tbsp butter
- 5 garlic cloves
- Minced 1/4 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup pasta water
Direction
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. save at least 1/4 cup of the pasta water.
- In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and salt, then sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the gochujang, honey, and rice vinegar. cook for 3-4 minutes until the sauce is smooth and slightly thickened.
- Add the cooked pasta and toss until fully coated.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
