Walnut and Sage Creamy Gochujang Sauce


Ingredients


  • Gochujang / 1oz
  • Cream / 17oz
  • Blended walnut / 1.8oz
  • Sage
  • Butter / 0.7oz
  • Onions / 0.4oz
  • Garlic / 0.2oz
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Direction


  1. At medium heat, melt the butter in a large pot.
  2. Add chopped onion and chopped garlic.
  3. Cook gently for 3 minutes and add walnuts.
  4. Toast the walnuts well for 3 minutes, then add cream and gochujang.
  5. Season with salt to taste.
  6. Cook for 3 minutes.
  7. Add Parmesan cheese, sage, and black pepper.
  8. Serve with your favorite pasta shape.
