Walnut and Sage Creamy Gochujang Sauce
Ingredients
- Gochujang / 1oz
- Cream / 17oz
- Blended walnut / 1.8oz
- Sage
- Butter / 0.7oz
- Onions / 0.4oz
- Garlic / 0.2oz
- Salt
- Black pepper
Direction
- At medium heat, melt the butter in a large pot.
- Add chopped onion and chopped garlic.
- Cook gently for 3 minutes and add walnuts.
- Toast the walnuts well for 3 minutes, then add cream and gochujang.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Cook for 3 minutes.
- Add Parmesan cheese, sage, and black pepper.
- Serve with your favorite pasta shape.
